Overview

CTOConnect provides CTO-level technical guidance through monthly office hours sessions, recorded episodes, and written articles. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Membership

  • Pricing: CTOConnect membership is $99 per month after a 30-day free trial.
  • Billing: Your subscription is billed monthly through our billing provider, Outseta. You authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
  • Free trial: Your 30-day free trial begins when you create your account. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

Content and Intellectual Property

  • All content on CTOConnect (articles, episodes, session recordings) is owned by CTOConnect and protected by copyright.
  • Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and view the content for your own use.
  • You may not redistribute, share login credentials, record sessions, or republish content without written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to access content or systems you are not authorized to use
  • Use our content for purposes that compete directly with CTOConnect

Limitation of Liability

CTOConnect is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from following our guidance. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for your membership in the prior 12 months.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify members of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
