Overview

CTOConnect provides CTO-level technical guidance through paid advisory services and free written content. By booking a service, subscribing to the newsletter or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Services

  • CTO Deep Dive: A one-time 90-minute session at the price shown on the website. Payment is collected when you book. Reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, are not refunded.
  • CTO Advisory: A monthly engagement of one 90-minute session per week, billed monthly in advance. Either side may end it at the end of any paid month. No refunds for partial months. Advisory does not include work, deliverables or availability between sessions.
  • Fractional CTO: A monthly engagement scoped and priced in writing before it starts. The written scope governs. Fractional CTO does not include software development.
  • Diagnostic call: The free 20-minute call is a conversation to decide whether and how we might work together. It is not a consulting session and carries no obligation on either side.

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe, either through our booking provider at the time of booking or by invoice or payment link. You authorize the charges for the service you selected.

Newsletter

Subscribing to the newsletter gives you access to subscriber-only articles on this site and occasional email from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Content and Intellectual Property

  • All content on CTOConnect, including articles and anything produced during an engagement unless agreed otherwise in writing, is owned by CTOConnect and protected by copyright.
  • You may read and use the content for your own business. You may not republish it, resell it or record sessions without written permission.

Advisory Disclaimer

Guidance from CTOConnect is based on experience and the information you provide. It is not legal, financial or accounting advice. Decisions you make based on our guidance are your responsibility.

Confidentiality

Information you share during an engagement is kept confidential and used only to provide the service. Anonymized lessons may inform future articles. Nothing identifying you or your company is published without your permission.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
