What I Do

Strategy and Architecture

Technical strategy, roadmaps, architecture decisions, system assessments. The calls that cost real money if you get them wrong.

Your People and Your Vendors

I work with your developers, your dev shop, your leadership team. I run technical interviews and tell you who is senior. I evaluate vendors before you sign.

Deliverables and Ownership

CTO-level work product: assessments, plans, written recommendations, board-ready answers. I take ownership of technical initiatives and drive them.

In the Room

Planning, leadership meetings, the vendor call, the hard conversation with the team. The meetings where a CTO should be present.

What This Is Not

I don't write your code. Fractional CTO is not staff augmentation and not another developer on the team. If what you need is more hands on the keyboard, I will tell you that on the diagnostic call and help you hire them.

It is not unlimited. $4,000 a month is the starting point. More involvement costs more. We agree on scope before anything starts.
