Advisory puts an experienced CTO in the room every week, without hiring one.
Every Advisory engagement starts with a 20-minute call so we both know it fits.
How It Works
One Session a Week. 90 Minutes.
A standing slot on the calendar. You bring the decisions, questions and problems that matter most that week. We work through them.
The Value Is Continuity
By week four I know your product, your stack, your team and every decision we've already made. Advice gets faster and sharper because nothing needs re-explaining.
Month to Month
$1,800 a month. Stop when you no longer need it.
What Advisory Is Not
Advisory is time-boxed on purpose. The session is the product.
It does not include:
- Slack or email access between sessions
- "Quick questions" between meetings
- Work or deliverables produced outside the session
- Managing your developers or vendors
- Sitting in your meetings
